Series 90 Family of Pumps and Motors

The Series 90 range is ideal for closed circuit applications, offering variable displacement pumps and fixed displacement motors based on a parallel axial piston/slipper design. These components provide high efficiency and are known for their compactness, high power density, and reliability. The pumps feature an integrated charge pump for replenishment and cooling, and are available with a wide variety of control options. The Series 90 motors are bidirectional and include optional loop flushing to maintain fluid cleanliness and temperature. With seven pump sizes and four motor sizes, this series meets the diverse demands of modern hydraulic systems.

MP1 Axial Piston Motors (Size 20/24, 28/32)

The MP1 motor family is engineered for compact and cost-effective medium power applications in both closed and open circuits. With four displacement options and three mounting styles (SAE-A, SAE-B, and cartridge), these fixed displacement motors offer flexibility for space-limited applications such as wheel ends. Designed for optimal packaging and easy integration, MP1 motors include standard radial ports, and optional axial or radial split flange ports on larger sizes. They support open circuit fan drive applications and offer expanded functionality such as speed sensing, integrated flushing, anti-cavitation, and shock valves.

H1B Bent Axis Motors (060 to 250 cm³)

The H1B series represents the latest in variable displacement bent axis motor technology. With displacement sizes from 060 cm³ to 250 cm³ and a 5:1 displacement ratio, these motors provide high output speed and torque control. Built for demanding applications like agricultural sprayers, loaders, and rollers, they feature zero-degree capability for efficient transport modes and Anti Slip Control for improved traction and reduced ground damage. These motors also offer sophisticated control options, pressure compensators, and integrated speed, direction, and temperature sensors—making them fully compatible with Danfoss' PLUS+1® microcontrollers for plug-and-play integration.
