Compression Mounts for Low-Frequency Vibration Isolation

Compression Mounts are pre-tensioned rubber-metal isolators engineered to dampen vibrations caused by unbalanced masses, making them ideal for vertical load applications. With a natural frequency range of 4.5 Hz to 17.3 Hz, they offer highly effective isolation for machines and plants operating in low-frequency ranges above 15 Hz.

Thanks to their prestressed design, these maintenance-free mounts significantly reduce structure-borne noise and improve the performance and longevity of machinery. When used with a linkage, the system’s natural frequency can be reduced to between 6 and 10 Hz, providing even greater isolation efficiency. At 1,500 rpm (25 Hz), the mounts achieve up to 90% vibration isolation.

Manufactured from zinc-plated steel and cushioned with Neoprene or natural rubber, they perform reliably in environments ranging from -40 °C to +80 °C, and are UV-resistant for long-term durability.
