The TUBUS TA Profile Dampers by ACE are compact, ready-to-install damping elements designed for high energy absorption in tight spaces. Built with durable co-polyester elastomer, these axial dampers are maintenance-free and excel in delivering consistent performance with minimal heat buildup. Their unique design ensures the majority of energy is absorbed at the start of the stroke, making them ideal for fast-acting deceleration needs.

With energy capacities ranging from 17.7 in-lbs to 17,825 in-lbs (2 Nm to 2,951 Nm) per cycle and strokes of up to 1.89 in (48 mm), the TA series offers high-performance damping in a small footprint. The compact construction sizes range from Ø 0.47 in to Ø 4.57 in (Ø 12 mm to Ø 116 mm), supporting dynamic force ranges from 196 lbs (89 kg) to 20,233 lbs (9,175 kg). These dampers operate reliably in temperatures from -40 °F to 194 °F and are resistant to UV, ozone, moisture, microbes, and even seawater or chemicals.
