The LOCKED SLK series brings a smart combination of compact design and high-performance clamping to linear rail systems. Engineered to fit rail sizes from 15 mm to 55 mm, these elements clamp directly onto the guide rail, offering reliable holding forces from 300 N to 2,100 N.

Thanks to ACE’s patented spring steel plate system, the SLK series responds quickly when vented, engaging the clamp immediately—ideal for safety applications such as emergency stops during power failure. With sintered graphite brake components, the LOCKED SLK can withstand up to 500 emergency braking operations and 1,000,000 clamping cycles, ensuring long-term dependability.

The units can be mounted in any position and are optimized for use with dried, filtered air. Operating within a temperature range of 15 °C to 45 °C, LOCKED SLK clamping elements are built to perform in demanding environments such as tool machines, positioning tables, transport systems, and assembly lines.
