The LOCKED SL product family from ACE delivers robust clamping and braking performance directly onto linear guide rails. Designed for rail sizes from 20 mm to 65 mm, these pneumatic safety clamping elements are customized to fit virtually all leading rail profiles, ensuring maximum compatibility and performance.
With holding forces ranging from 540 N to 10,000 N, LOCKED SL is ideal for static clamping and emergency braking in critical applications. The system engages automatically during pneumatic failure, making it a fail-safe solution for vertical or horizontal systems alike. The use of low-wear sintered metal brake pads supports up to 500 emergency braking operations and 1,000,000 clamping cycles, minimizing downtime and maintenance.
