ACE's LOCKED PN clamping elements represent a new benchmark in pneumatic rod clamping, delivering exceptional holding forces from 1,400 N up to 36,000 N and torques between 15 Nm and 720 Nm. Designed for rod diameters between 20 mm and 40 mm, LOCKED PN is ideal for high-demand applications where safety, compactness, and reliability are key.

Engineered to clamp axially and rotationally, LOCKED PN activates immediately when pneumatic pressure fails, providing a fail-safe mechanism for enhanced operational security. This functionality, combined with a compact design, enables shorter rod lengths and reduces installation space—making it a strong alternative to hydraulic solutions while keeping system costs lower.

One of the standout features of LOCKED PN is its modular concept: multiple clamping segments can be stacked to meet higher force requirements, allowing users to tailor the system to specific machine or application needs.

Built from robust tool steel, the LOCKED PN series supports 1,000,000 clamping cycles, uses dried, filtered air, and operates reliably between 10 °C and 45 °C. Mounting is possible in any orientation, making integration seamless in a variety of settings such as jacking systems, light presses, stamping and punching machines, and stacking units.
