Designed to be more compact than their PL counterparts, these process clamping systems attach directly to standard rail sizes from 15 mm to 55 mm—covering all common profiles from leading manufacturers.

Thanks to ACE’s patented spring steel plate system, LOCKED PLK provides holding forces between 300 N and 2,100 N with rapid reaction times. These units are designed for reliability, achieving 1,000,000 clamping cycles whether operating at 4 or 6 bar. A major advantage is their steel pad contact, which ensures 100% clamping force even on greased rails—a crucial benefit in demanding industrial settings.

Constructed from high-grade tool steel and designed for mounting in any position, the LOCKED PLK is powered by dried, filtered air and operates effectively within a temperature range of 15 °C to 45 °C.
