EEL-S1: Plug & Play Controller

The EEL-S1 is a pre-configured controller designed for individual, parallel, and synchronous operation of actuators. It allows for easy connection and can control up to three actuators in parallel. The unit also supports external sensors, such as remote controls and safety bars. With the ability to cascade up to four controllers, it offers scalability. Available in 120V and 220V versions, the S1 efficiently controls 24V actuators.

EEL-S2-1: ON-OFF Control with Current Limiting

The EEL-S2-1 controller is designed for controlled ON-OFF operation and direction change of easyE-line actuators. It includes advanced current-limiting features to protect motors during startup, braking, and jamming. The unit also provides error indication, adjustable ramp times for smooth motion, and short-circuit braking when powered off. Additional features include a trip function that stops the motor if the current limit is exceeded and a kick-start function for enhanced initial movement.

EEL-S2-2: Positioning and Control

The S2-2 controller offers precise actuator positioning by integrating with external applications. It features adjustable start and stop ramps, current limits, and a learning mode that records hall pulses for accurate positioning. Control is achieved via a DC voltage input (0-5V or 0-10V). Configuration settings such as ramp times, speed, and current limits can be adjusted using the S2-PROG interface or an S2-USB dongle connected to a PC.

EEL-S2-3: Parallel Synchronization

The S2-3 is designed to drive two easyE-line actuators in parallel with real-time speed adjustments to maintain synchronization. If discrepancies occur beyond the controller’s compensation ability, the actuators are stopped to prevent mechanical stress or damage. The unit includes current limiting, temperature protection, and adjustable ramp settings. Control is performed via Forward, Backward, and Stop commands in either continuous or pulse mode. Calibration ensures accurate initial positioning.

EEL-S3: Battery-Powered Mobility

The EEL-S3 is a battery-powered controller tailored for mobile applications. Designed for a single actuator, it is controlled via a wired handset. The unit features a unique, tool-free battery replacement mechanism using a patented magnetic principle. The rechargeable 24VDC NiMh battery enables complete mobility. The standard version includes IP50 protection, with an IP65 option available for added durability.

EEL-S4: Versatile Multi-Actuator Control

The S4 system is a powerful and flexible solution for controlling up to four actuators individually or synchronously. It features a strong power supply system, easy configuration, and simple installation. The S4 is controlled via a wired handset, which is available in multiple layouts. The system also supports emergency stop functionality. Like the S3, it features a patented magnetic battery replacement system and includes a rechargeable 24VDC NiMh battery. It comes with IP50 protection as standard, with an optional upgrade to IP65.
