Roles and Responsibilities

  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify and generate new customers to expand the company's market presence and drive business growth.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, addressing their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base for industrial products.
  • Quoting & Negotiation: Prepare and provide competitive quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure purchase orders.
  • Product Expertise: Promote and offer a wide range of industrial products with customized solutions to meet specific needs, including:
  1. Pneumatics: Pneumatic cylinders, grippers, safety chucks, air compressors, actuators, etc.
  2. Mechatronics: Industrial gas springs, aluminum profiles, couplings, rotary dampers, etc.
  3. Sensor Technology: Distance sensors, vision sensors, and related components.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and order statuses in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical field).
  • Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, Hindi, and the regional language of the assigned state.
  • Professionalism & Personality: Should possess a mature and professional attitude with a positive attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrates a proactive approach, self-initiative, and a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Industry Network: Strong connections and established relationships in the Pneumatics and Mechatronics sectors to drive business growth.
  • Sales & Business Growth: Capable of expanding the customer base and improving sales volume through strategic initiatives.
  • Result-Oriented Professional: Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in Pneumatics and Mechatronics product sales.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, negotiate deals, and close high-value business opportunities.
