Over-Extension

Over-extension telescopic rails are four-element slide systems designed to achieve extensions between 150% and 200% of the rail length while maintaining high rigidity. By using intermediate profiles with a high moment of inertia, these solutions ensure stability even at very long strokes. Versions with hardened raceways are available for long service life and heavy-duty applications, while stainless steel variants provide excellent corrosion resistance. A full range of accessories, including locking and damping systems, is available. These solutions are supplied with technical support from BIBUS Kft.

Available over-extension versions include:

  • DSE – telescopic rail with 150% extension and high stiffness thanks to optimized intermediate elements
  • H1C – telescopic rail offering up to 200% extension with high rigidity
  • H1T – over-extension rail with T-profile intermediate element, up to 200% extension, payloads up to 700 kg and strokes up to 3 m
  • H1T-X – stainless steel version with T-profile intermediate element, up to 200% extension, payloads up to 420 kg and strokes up to 3 m
  • LRS71OE – telescopic rail with 150% extension of its length
  • NTU – bent steel profile telescopic slide for extended stroke applications
  • NTSU – over-extension telescopic slide with extensions up to 200%
