The RfN 7013.1 locking assembly provides axial hub fixation, excellent concentricity, and easy disassembly. It features a raised flange for better axial securing and high axial run-out accuracy. A higher number of screws ensures nearly the same transmittable torque as the RfN 7013.0.

Product Features

• Excellent concentricity and very good dismountability – these locking assemblies achieve particularly good concentricity between clamped components. The flange is reinforced at the critical section, preventing deflection or lifting of the inner ring during installation and ensuring easy removal
• Higher rotational speed – assemblies retain their shape during installation, making them suitable for high-speed applications
• High radial loads – due to high material strength, the locking assembly is especially suited for large radial loads
• Axial hub fixation – the raised flange axially secures the hub during mounting and ensures high axial run-out accuracy
• High torque transmission – the higher number of screws ensures nearly identical high torque transmission as the RfN 7013.0

Locking Assembly Installation

Locking assemblies are delivered lightly oiled and ready for installation. The values for T, Fax, pW, and pN apply to the delivered condition.

For shaft and hub bore: Ra = 1.6 μm

Recommended installation tolerances:

• Shaft: h8
• Hub: H8

Arrangement of multiple RfN 7013.1 assemblies

Only dual-sided arrangements are possible. When using multiple assemblies to increase transmission capacity, the clamping system logic must be observed.
