We damp and brake masses according to the requirements of your application!
This specification with damping over the complete stroke contains only oil
This specification with damping over the complete stroke contains only oil. Due to the construction, there will be a small free travel when the piston rod is pulled out. The push-in and push-out speed – i. e. the effective slowing down (motion control) of the movement of a mass – can be influenced considerably by the use of different nozzles as well as by different oil viscosities.
These dampers are used as safety and functional elements for damping speeds and braking masses. MC damper is the generic term for special, decelerating (damping) easylift products that can be used for a wide variety of safety and functional tasks. Easylift MC dampers decelerate masses or, depending on the design, specifically dampen speeds. (i.e. not shock, impact or stop dampers).
Our dampers are available in different damping variants:
• dampened in pull-out direction, push-in free
• dampened push-in, pull-out free
• dampened both directions
Our dampers are used in a wide range of applications, e.g. in fitness and rehabilitation equipment, kitchen equipment, furniture, mechanical engineering and much more.
With these hydraulic dampers from Bansbach® easylift, speed in push-in and push-out direction can be adjusted very precisely.
The speed is controlled in both directions. The damping intensity of these dampers can be adjusted by turning the piston rod.
The size of the HB-dampers offers the biggest possible flexibility.
The dampers will be pre-adjusted before the assembly into the application and therefore, the damping intensity can be adjusted ideally.
