Pneumatic Profile Rail Clamps

The innovative pneumatic clamping elements of the new LOCKED series PL/SL/PLK/SLK and LZ-P were designed for a secure and reliable process clamping, emergency braking functions directly on the linear guide.

They are adapted individually to the linear guide employed in each case and are available for almost all traditional rail sizes and manufacturers, for example, INA, Bosch Rexroth, THK, NSK, Schneeberger, HiWin and many more.

Special profiles are also available on request.

The LOCKED series offers the highest clamping forces up to 10 000 N with low system costs, in comparison with hydraulic and electrical solutions.

Main features of LOCKED series PL and SL types:

• Rail size from 20mm to 65mm,
• Holding force from 900N to 10 000N (6bar type),
• Clamping cycles up to 1 000 000, for emergency use up to 500,  
• 4 bar or 6 bar operation pressure.

Main features of LOCKED series PLK and SLK types:

• Compact size,
• Rail size from 20mm to 65mm,
• Holding force from 450N to 2100N (6bar type),
• Clamping cycles up to 1 000 000, for emergency use up to 500,  
• 4 bar or 6 bar operation pressure.

Main features of LOCKED series LZ-P type:

• Specially designed for vertical axes,
• For Bosch Rexroth 15mm rail,
• Holding force up to 1500N,
• Clamping cycles up to 1 000 000, for emergency use up to 2000,
• 4 bar or 6 bar operation pressure.
