Visiting BIBUS GmbH – 3 days inspired by One BIBUS
After the earlier visit of BIBUS GmbH (Cornelia and Manuel) to Budapest, we were honored to spend three days in Neu-Ulm at our German sister company – as part of an exchange program that embodied everything One BIBUS truly stands for.
The goal of the program was not only to share knowledge and understand each other's workflows. Much more happened: genuine connection, shared thinking, mutual inspiration – and countless smiles we brought back home with us.
With heartfelt gratitude, we thank the entire BIBUS GmbH team – especially Managing Director Michael Neubauer and his son, Manuel Neubauer – for their warm, thoughtful, and sincerely caring hospitality.
Not for a moment did we feel like guests – but rather like colleagues, like friends.
But just as meaningful were the shared experiences that made this trip truly unforgettable:
- We climbed more than 500 spiral steps to reach the top of the Ulm Minster – the view was both breathtaking and uplifting.
- With a passionate local guide, we explored Ulm's historic old town, its stories and soul – experiencing the spirit of the place up close.
- In the evenings, we dined together in two of the city’s most iconic venues: places where once kings and thinkers sat, and where we had the chance to taste traditional regional specialties that deepened our cultural experience.
- Walking by the Danube, laughing and sharing conversations, we realized: this is more than cooperation – it’s true human connection.
This encounter reached beyond professional frameworks – it built bridges between people, ideas, and cultures.
