SLAB, CEL, and PAD: Three distinct types of damping plates, one shared objective – to provide users across all sectors with the best customized isolation technology. ACE ensures this through a wide range of anti-vibration sheet products and customised customer solutions.

 

The SLAB series consists of universal damping pads made from PUR-based materials using a proprietary formula. CEL low-frequency damping foarm are made of nitrile rubber and can be stacked in multiple layers for enhanced performance. The PAD series features textile-reinforced elastomer pads, layered to create highly durable and versatile damping solutions.

 

All three product families are available in standard plate dimensions or can be precisely cut to the customer’s specifications.

PAD

 

 

ACE’s PAD series includes low-frequency damping foams, available as flat plates, discs, or sleeves. These are crafted by combining durable elastomer bearings with embedded fabric reinforcements, resulting in extremely robust damping solutions for high-load zones.
