Rubber bellows elements

Rubber bellows elements AEROLATOR by Fabreeka®

Fabreeka® rubber bellows consist of a soft elastomer body reinforced with a nylon fabric frame, coupled with corrosion-treated mounting plates and an air inlet. Used as pneumatic springs, these isolators can reduce up to 99% of unwanted vibrations, effectively protecting sensitive equipment, surrounding structures, and contributing significantly to noise reduction.

Beyond their primary function of vibration isolation, these elements can also be used as pneumatic actuators, offering an efficient alternative to traditional pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders.

Thanks to their ingenious design, internal air pressure can generate various movements, including upward or downward translation, pushing, pulling, and angular displacement, providing great flexibility to the systems they are integrated into.
