ACE Stainless Steel Shock Absorbers

ACE’s stainless steel shock absorbers are hydraulic components used to decelerate heavy loads in automated equipment, especially in aggressive or sanitary environments such as medical, food processing, electronics, or chemical industries.

The materials used in the construction of these stainless steel shock absorbers were carefully selected to withstand harsh environments while ensuring maximum service life. These "Inox" shock absorbers are available for effective masses ranging from 900 g to 42,500 kg, and energy capacities from 20 to 3,730 Nm per cycle.

ACE Stainless Steel Shock Absorbers are available in 3 product ranges:

MC33-V4A to MC64-V4A: MAGNUM self-compensating, with capacities from 170 Nm/cycle to 3,730 Nm/cycle – Stroke from 23.1 mm to 99.4 mm
MC150-V4A to MC600-V4A: Miniature self-compensating with rolling diaphragm sealing (up to 25 million cycles), capacities from 20 Nm/cycle to 136 Nm/cycle – Stroke from 12 mm to 25 mm
PMCN150-V4A to PMCN600-V4A: Miniature self-compensating with rolling diaphragm sealing (up to 25 million cycles), TPU sealed cap, capacities from 20 Nm/cycle to 136 Nm/cycle – Stroke from 12 mm to 25 mm
