A wide range of ACE safety shock absorbers is available with stroke lengths from 23 mm to 1,200 mm, and the port configuration can be calculated and customized for each application, specifically according to the requirements of our customers.

SCS33 to SCS64 Auto-compensating or optimally damped characteristics with a capacity of 310 Nm/Cycle to 18,000 Nm/Cycle. Stroke: 23.1 mm to 150 mm. Up to 1,000 emergency cycles at maximum load
SDH38 to SDH63: Optimally damped characteristics with a capacity of 3,600 Nm/Cycle to 229,100 Nm/Cycle. Stroke: 100 mm to 800 mm. Up to 1,000 emergency cycles at maximum load. Especially suited for automated storage systems (stacker cranes) and test benches
SDP63 to SDP160: Optimally damped characteristics with a capacity of 9,100 Nm/Cycle to 582,000 Nm/Cycle. Stroke: 50 mm to 1,200 mm. Maximum return force up to 100 kN. Especially suited for overhead cranes and hoists
