The MAGNUM range of industrial shock absorbers from ACE includes over 200 available models. From the most compact (Ø M33 – stroke 23.1 mm) to the largest (Ø M64 – stroke 150 mm), ACE's MAGNUM industrial shock absorbers are designed to decelerate moving loads smoothly across their entire stroke.

The result: extremely low braking forces and ultra-short deceleration times. ACE's MAGNUM series is widely regarded as the benchmark for medium-sized shock absorbers in damping technology.

These MAGNUM shock absorbers can absorb kinetic energy per cycle ranging from 170 Nm to 6,780 Nm. The standard maximum hourly energy capacity reaches 248,000 Nm/h, which can be extended up to 644,000 Nm/h with the addition of an external oil reservoir.

Innovations such as membrane accumulators, improved seals, and internal tube designs significantly enhance damping performance and play a decisive role in extending service life. This means the effective mass range can be greatly increased, providing users with more flexibility when choosing shock absorber sizes and optimizing machine performance.

Also noteworthy are models available with SC33 or SC45 piston-tube technology, which feature a larger oil volume and accommodate effective masses 6 to 10 times higher than the standard MC/ML versions.

ACE offers a wide range of compatible accessories for all its series, eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming custom-made mounting parts.
