RAPIFLOW® digital flow meters, such as the FSM-H, FSM-V, or FSM3 from CKD, provide accurate, real-time monitoring of gas flow rates, improving efficiency and leak detection in pneumatic systems.

• FSM-V : compatible with compressed air and N2, flow range from ±0.05 l/min to ±10 l/min, pressure range from -0.9 bar to 2 bar, analog or digital output, response time 0.005 sec, repeatability of ±2% of full scale, linearity of ±5% of full scale
• FSM-H : compatible with compressed air and N2, flow range from 0.25 ml/min to 100 ml/min, pressure range from - 0.9 bar to 10 bar, display, analog or digital output, response time 0.05 sec, repeatability of ±0.5% of full scale, linearity of ±3% of full scale

• FSM 3 : compatible with compressed air, N2, Ar, O2, CO2, resin or stainless steel body, unidirectional or bidirectional, flow range from ±0.015 l/min to ±1000 l/min, pressure range from -0.9 bar to 7.5 bar, digital or bargraph display or IO-Link, analog or digital output, response time 0.05 sec, repeatability ±1% of full scale, accuracy ±3% of full scale
