VC precision speed dampers

ACE precision speed dampers, with their finely adjustable throttling system, provide precise forward control for critical movements in the wood, plastic, metal, and glass industries.

These hydraulic dampers ensure fixed-speed movement regardless of mass and thrust force.

Speed control is achieved by allowing a fluid (oil or silicone) to flow through a precisely sized orifice. As the pressurized fluid passes through, friction occurs, generating heat and creating resistance — resulting in a controlled deceleration of the movement.

 

 

 

 

Application

A linear speed damper allows you to:
