How EasyMotion Works

EasyMotion is a synchronized hydraulic positioning system designed for height adjustment in industrial applications. It offers an alternative to linear positioning systems using Bansbach gas springs.

This solution consists of positioning cylinders operating in perfect synchronization. This is achieved by simultaneously actuating each cylinder, each with its own independent hydraulic circuit.

Regardless of the load—light or heavy, evenly distributed or offset—EasyMotion can be adapted to virtually any application and is custom-built to meet your specific needs. Many Bansbach gas spring components are used in the production of EasyMotion, ensuring superior quality and reliability.

Applications

The EasyMotion system consists of a hydraulic pump, positioning cylinders, and hydraulic tubing to connect each component. The system can be operated using an electric motor or a hand crank.
