Hydro-pneumatic pumps

HEYPAC Hydro-pneumatic pumps

GX Series — Hydro-pneumatic pump

Heypac’s GX series pumps are double-acting, free-piston, air-driven hydraulic pumps with infinitely variable flow. Designed for general use anywhere compressed air is available, they automatically cycle to meet system demand and stop under zero-flow conditions, ensuring minimal energy consumption.

Output flow and pressure depend on the pressure ratio and air supply volume.

  • Pressure capability: up to 560 bar
  • Flow rate: up to 80 l/min

Compatible with a wide range of fluids, including:

  • Low or non-lubricating fluids (mineral oils, vegetable oils, high water-content fluids, water-glycol solutions, oil-in-water emulsions, phosphate ester fluids, silicone esters, greases, liquefied gases, water, and more).

Flexible mounting options:

  • Horizontal, vertical, wall-mounted, tank flange-mounted, or with an integrated reservoir.

A wide range of accessories is available, including:

  • Poppet-type directional control valves
  • Pulsation dampers
  • Pressure-reducing valves
  • Level sensors
  • And more.

KR Series — Hydro-pneumatic pump

The KR series follows the same principle as the GX series: a double-acting, free-piston, air-driven hydraulic pump offering variable flow depending on demand. The pump automatically cycles as required and halts at zero-flow, optimizing energy efficiency.

Output flow and pressure depend on the pressure ratio and air supply volume.

  • Pressure capability: up to 680 bar
  • Flow rate: up to 15 l/min (at lower pressures)

Compatible with a wide variety of fluids, including:

  • Low or non-lubricating fluids (mineral oils, vegetable oils, high water-content fluids, water-glycol solutions, oil-in-water emulsions, phosphate ester fluids, silicone esters, greases, liquefied gases, water, and more).

Versatile mounting configurations:

  • Horizontal, vertical, wall-mounted, tank flange-mounted, or with integrated reservoir.

Accessories available:

  • Poppet-type directional control valves
  • Pulsation dampers
  • Pressure-reducing valves
  • Level sensors
  • And more.
