SEQUETROL® - BONNEL control units for smart wastewater treatment plant management

In decentralized wastewater treatment systems (IWT) as well as in larger municipal installations, reliable control is a key factor in ensuring optimal wastewater treatment performance. The control units we offer are specifically designed to sequence the various operating phases of a small wastewater treatment plant or more complex treatment processes.

They precisely manage the alternation between aeration phases (controlling SECOH compressors or I.VA.CO side channel blowers), settling, recirculation, or sludge discharge (controlling HUNG submersible pumps) or a valve (to perform air-lift using the compressor). These controllers also integrate essential safety, monitoring, and alarm functions. Thanks to their intuitive interfaces and advanced configuration options, these controllers are perfectly suited for compact residential systems as well as semi-collective or municipal-scale setups.

Designed for continuous operation in humid environments, these units offer seamless integration with a wide range of sensors and actuators. The result: optimized treatment performance, reduced energy consumption, and real-time system monitoring, all contributing to simplified and secure plant operation.

Main product lines available:

Sequetrol® compact LED: Designed for SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) system control, equipped with an LED display; cycle programming via serial interface.
Sequetrol® compact LCD: Controls SBR systems with up to 3 pumps/compressors, features eco or normal operating modes depending on the treatment volume.
Sequetrol® IoT: Controls SBR, continuous systems, or hybrid setups. Equipped with integrated Wi-Fi and web server, optional GSM module for smartphone or tablet control.
BonBloc® compact: Manages air flow via solenoid valves controlled by stepper motors, allowing energy-efficient operation. Water level measurement via pressure sensor.
BonBloc® IoT: Same features as the BonBloc® compact, but with integrated Wi-Fi and web server for remote control via smartphone or tablet.
Sequetrol® Starter: Specifically designed for MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) or fixed-bed systems, with single compressor control, pressure monitoring, and alarm in case of anomalies.
Sequetrol® Starter Plus: Includes all features of the Sequetrol® Starter, with additional pressure and compressor current monitoring, event logging, and "Cash-Lock" function (station lockout in the event of a service payment dispute).
AQUAVISOR® TELEMETRY SMS APP: Not a controller, but an Android app designed to monitor any station equipped with a Sequetrol® or BonBloc® controller, helping to organize and manage maintenance operations remotely.
