Peristaltic pumps

FLUIMAC HELIOS peristaltic pumps : performance, precision, and flexibility for your fluid transfer processes

The HELIOS range of peristaltic pumps, developed by FLUIMAC, stands out for its ability to handle complex fluids with exceptional reliability. Thanks to a contactless design, where the fluid never comes into contact with mechanical components, these pumps ensure hygienic, contamination-free transfer, making them ideal for sensitive, abrasive, or particle-laden products. Using a flexible hose compressed by rotating rollers, they deliver smooth and precise flow, even under demanding conditions such as dry running or reverse flow operation.

HELIOS pumps are perfectly suited to environments where ease of maintenance, durability, and continuous operation are essential. Their modular design makes them adaptable to a wide range of industrial applications, including water treatment, food and beverage processing, chemical production, cosmetics, and mining industries. Reliable, self-priming, and easy to integrate, HELIOS pumps offer an efficient and safe solution for fluid transfer where cleanliness, control, and long-term performance are non-negotiable.

Peristaltic pumps are also known as hose pumps or tube pumps operate on the volumetric pump principle. The fluid is transported through a flexible tube, compressed and released by rotating rollers, ensuring a steady and controlled flow.

These pumps are also highly suitable for use in explosive or hazardous environments.
