- “Calculated flexibility": a flexible but well-controlled boundary to prevent work from invading your personal life too much.
- “End-of-day routine": you have a well-defined ritual to end your working day. This could be a sports session, a walk, or simply tidying up your desk. A clear signal to mark the end of the working day.
- “Remote working mode”: you work in a dedicated room, and after your “deadline” hour, your desk is locked!
