In the summer of 2024, one of our clients based in Clermont-Ferrand experienced a critical issue with their MATRIX sorting bar, which integrates 890 series solenoid valves. This device is essential to ensure the quality of the final product by eliminating defects before the packaging phase. A malfunction of this equipment could have led to sorting errors, slowed down production, and caused significant financial losses. It was therefore imperative to act quickly.

Upon arrival at the site, we carried out a full diagnostic, analyzing production parameters and testing the suspect solenoid valves. This analysis allowed us to precisely identify the faulty components and define the corrective actions to be taken. Once adjustments were made, tests were conducted to ensure the system was functioning correctly.
