We want our employees to have a healthy family life, an active leisure life and a meaningful working life. In short: There are 24 hours in a day - so one third with full focus on the company should and must be enough. Then there's also the energy to act in concert when it's occasionally required.
We want to attract young people and we want everyone to have equal rights to education and careers, regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability or gender. We are currently doing this by supporting young female handball players to combine elite sport and education. You can read more about this on our website under sponsorships
In September 2022, BIBUS SINDBY A/S initiated a process to review our electricity and gas consumption. With a new investment in lighting and a simple behavioural change, we managed to reduce our electricity consumption by over 40%.
We publish our consumption internally once a month to constantly keep each other up on better consumption habits.

At BIBUS SINDBY A/S, we have taken an active stance to reduce biodiversity loss. Specifically, we have established a large outdoor area with waterholes, insect hotels, sand baths, peat bogs and fruit trees for pollination.

According to the terminology of REACH, BIBUS SINDBY A/S is a distributor of „articles which, under normal and foreseeable conditions of use, do not release chemical substances or preparations“. The production and assembly activities by BIBUS SINDBY A/S are activities as „downstream user“. The supplying of „articles“ as well as the activity as „downstream user“ of the products from our suppliers do not require registration obligations according to REACH.
We have contacted our suppliers regarding this topic. The substances and/or preparations which build the products have been registered and notified to the European Chemicals Agency ECHA.
In the domain of 3D-printing the consumables can not be categorised as „articles“ but do represent „preparations“. It was assured that these consumables have been registered as “preparations” on substance-level by the respective suppliers.
BIBUS SINDBY A/S will comply with further future information duties in the supply chain, especially the communication of new findings about substance hazards and market restrictions.
