Are you familiar with the problem of having to adjust the speeds of various pneumatic drives during initial start-up? This can cost a lot of time and is very stressful. The answer can be found in the new throttle non-return valves from CKD, which feature an adjustment scale. The flow rate is adjusted via a rotary knob that can be locked to prevent it from being changed. The revolutions counter can be read from two sides and the hose connection can be rotated. Compared to standard throttles, the DSC throttle valve has a linear flow characteristic.
This guarantees precise adjustment of the entire flow range. With its easy readability and precise adjustability, this throttle valve has become a vital companion. Some customers have even incorporated the throttle valve into their own operating instructions. The DSC series is available in sizes ranging from 1/8" to 1/2", and for hose sizes from Ø 4 to 12 mm.
