Vacuum suction cups made from FCM (food contact material) for transporting bread and pastries. All our vacuum suction cups are available with detachable stainless steel fittings or threaded plastic fittings, as well as with clamps that fit standard bread removal equipment. Thanks to their long bellows, BBL suction cups can cope with large differences in height. Not suitable for low vacuum.

• The vacuum suction cups are made of silicone that conforms to FDA regulations and EU directives, e.g. FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and EU 1935/2004.
• Durable high-end silicone material.
• To create a detectable material, a small percentage of metal additives (Fe) is mixed into the rubber material.
• Suitable for bakeries that need to transport products containing grains.
• Suitable for height compensation.
• Available with detectable food-grade plastic fittings featuring a male thread or with acid-resistant stainless steel fittings.
• The fittings are detachable.
• Additional option for fittings – clamp for standard bread removal conveyors.
• Hygienic design enables easy cleaning. No dust/dirt pockets.
• Bellows only collapse at high vacuum levels. This reduces the risk of baked goods getting damaged during transport.
