H-Track - Highly durable for harsh applications

As an electro-hydraulic actuator, the H-Track combines the best of both worlds. Electro-hydraulic linear actuator: For handling heavy loads in confined spaces.

H-Track products have a patented fluid power system that offers high load capacities for extreme applications. In addition, they feature a more compact installation size than actuators with an identical load rating, as well as ingress protection and corrosion resistance. The concept involves connecting an external gear pump to a combined reservoir/actuator, making the H-Track the most impact resistant of all the Warner actuators. The H-Track pump is burnished, cleaned, flushed and vacuum filled with degassed hydraulic fluid. The system is fully enclosed and has no hoses that can leak. This provides you with a device that remains free of dirt and does not require any maintenance throughout its entire service life.

NEW - IP68 marine-grade option - The marine-grade option for Thomson H-Track electro-hydraulic actuators uses 316 stainless steel components for improved corrosion resistance and a sealed motor housing that enables underwater operation.

H-Track Actuator Feature Highlights:

Hydraulic drive delivers up to 21,350 N of force and travel speeds near 100 mm per second.
The anodized aluminum alloy housing resists corrosion and provides protection from dirt, dust, humidity and many corrosives.
Temperature operating range of -26ºC to +65ºC standard / -40ºC to +54ºC and -18ºC to +80ºC available.

B-Track - Rugged-Duty Linear Actuators

B-Track electric actuators incorporate a patented in-line load transfer design which provides high load capability for rugged-duty use, efficient power use, compact package size, excellent corrosion and washdown protection, and high performance synthetic lubrication for life.

M-Track - Light-Duty Linear Actuators

M-Track compact units are completely self-contained and sealed to allow use in small spaces without sacrificing power or capability. The load and length capabilities provide solutions for a diverse range of intermittent duty applications. Functionally, M-Track actuators are easily interchanged with comparable size hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders on intermittent duty applications. The actuator provides consistent, repeatable performance even for applications with harsh operating conditions, including temperature extremes, high humidity or significant dust.

M-Track Actuator Feature Highlights:

An Acme Screw drive delivers up to 75 kg of force at a minimum extension rate of 6.35 mm per second.
The aluminum zinc alloy housing resists corrosion and provides protection from dirt, dust and humidity.
The M-Track 1 has a temperature operating range of -26ºC to +65ºC.
Standard stroke lengths of 50, 100, 150, 200, 254, 300 mm are available.
Internal limit switches automatically shut off the unit at end of stroke.
Optional potentiometer can provide positional location feedback.
IP65 capable on request.
Rod is non rotating during operation, can be rotated for mounting purposes.
