Standard cylinder combined with a guide frame
TMI/TMIC series offers compact, guided mini-cylinders with selectable bearing types and adjustable cushioning. Perfect for applications that require precise, guided motion in limited spaces.
- Integrated Guide Frame Design: Combines the compact ISO 6432-style TMIs mini cylinder with a guide frame for enhanced stability and precision
- Bore Sizes: Available in 12, 16, 20, and 25 mm
- Stroke Range: From as short as 25 mm up to 250 mm, depending on bore size
- Operating Pressure: Supports standard pneumatic pressures of 0.15–1.0 MPa (22–145 psi), burst proof at 1.5 MPa
- Temperature Range: Operates between –20 °C and +70 °C
- Speed Range: Suitable for applications requiring speeds of 30–500 mm/s
- Stroke Tolerance:
• For strokes ≤150 mm: 0 to +1.0 mm
• For strokes >150 mm: 0 to +1.5 mm - Buffering Options:
• Fixed bumpers for basic cushioning
• Adjustable cushioning for fine-tuning end-of-stroke deceleration - Bearing Options:
• Copper sleeve bearing – better resistance to radial load and enhanced torsional stiffness
• Linear bearing – ideal for precise applications with push-type actuation, high load, and low friction requirements - Mounting Flexibility: Guide frame includes a multi-directional mounting design for versatile installation
