Disc Diffuser
The disc diffuser series combines cost-effective design, low installation effort, high reliability, and excellent performance in both intermittent and continuous aeration processes.
- Precision-punched perforations ensure high oxygen transfer efficiency. Operating pressure can be adjusted by using different grid types with specific slot lengths, densities, and spacing.
- Available diameters: 184 mm to 295 mm
- Membrane materials are available for a wide range of applications:
- EPDM: municipal wastewater treatment
- Low-plasticity EPDM: animal waste, food processing, beverage industry
- Silicone: pulp and paper production, petrochemical industry, refining processes
- All membranes can be supplied with anti-fouling surface treatment using nanotechnology, preventing particle buildup and biological growth.
Construction:
- Body and ring: glass fibre-reinforced polypropylene for maximum resistance to chemicals, high temperature, and UV radiation
- Multiple perforation options for different airflow rates
- Integrated one-way check valve (optionally available with ball valve)
- Easy installation on 3" and 4" IPS pipes and metric pipes (90 mm and 110 mm) made of any thermoplastic material (PVC, CPVC, PP, ABS, etc.)
- EPDM rubber sleeve
- PVC saddle for glueing (PVC version only)
- Low maintenance requirements

Tube Diffuser
The Jaeger TD™ tube diffuser series delivers a balanced combination of cost-efficiency, simple installation, long-term reliability, and excellent oxygen transfer performance in both intermittent and continuous aeration processes.
- Precision-punched perforations provide high oxygen transfer efficiency. Operating pressure (DWP) can be fine-tuned by selecting perforation patterns with specific slit lengths, densities, and spacing.
- Working lengths: 200 mm to 1200 mm (standard lengths: 500 mm, 750 mm, 1000 mm)
- Mounting: suitable for both round and square piping systems
- Membrane material options (all can be treated with anti-fouling nanotechnology):
- EPDM: municipal wastewater
- Low-plasticity EPDM: animal processing, food & beverage industry
- Silicone: paper manufacturing, petrochemical industry
- Polyurethane: petrochemical industry
