TCM Series delivers precise, compact, and rigid tri‑rod guided cylinders with excellent load handling and installation flexibility—perfect for demanding industrial automation tasks.
- JIS-compliant design with three-rod guide system for exceptional stability and precision
- Dual-guide rods made of special bearing steel, supported by either linear ball bearings (for high precision, low friction) or brass sleeve bearings (for enhanced radial load and torsional rigidity)
- Compact integration: The guide rods are built into the cylinder barrel, eliminating the need for extra accessories and saving installation space
- Non-rotating accuracy: Rod deflection is minimised, and cylinders resist sideways forces and torque
- Multi-mounting options: features precise positioning holes (ΦPA and “XX” orifices) on the bottom, back, and fixing plate, plus 4 sensor grooves for easy installation of magnetic switches
- Piping flexibility: threaded ports (M3×0.5, M5×0.8, 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″) and optional air intake positions
