TVG Series Plug-in Type Valve Manifolds from CKD
The plug-in type valve manifolds of the TVG series by CKD are pilot-operated units with 3 or 5 ports, designed for pneumatic applications. They combine energy savings, reliability, and user-friendly operation. With these pneumatically driven valves, it is possible to control cylinders with diameters of up to 80 mm. The smooth movement of the main valve is ensured by a special lubricant that retains its properties even under ultra-dry air conditions, providing low friction and extended operational life. The rubber seal’s durability exceeds 120 million cycles (twice as much as conventional valves), along with improved responsiveness and unattended operation, reducing unnecessary downtime. The TVG series enhances productivity through its high reliability and long-lasting performance.

The plug-in connection design provides maximum convenience – the valve connects directly into a socket with stable, secure installation and no risk of loose parts.

The coil is encapsulated in resin to enhance corrosion resistance and prevent rust. The structure meets IP65/IP67 protection class (dust-tight and water-jet proof), ensuring durability and reliability even in dusty or wet environments.

The TVG series is the industry’s first valve compatible with IO-Link Wireless. The IO-Link Wireless Master enables wireless connection of solenoid valves to PLC controllers across different communication platforms.
RT Series Remote-Controlled I/O Devices
TVG valves can be connected to CKD’s RT series remote I/O units. These water-resistant devices are compatible with digital I/O, analogue I/O, and IO-Link Master protocols. They also provide diagnostic data (overcurrent, short circuit, errors, etc.), supporting full IoT implementation in industrial equipment.
