SECOH JDK membrane blowers are an energy-efficient solution with a compact design.
In applications such as wastewater treatment plants, fish farms, aquariums, and aquaponics systems, a continuous airflow is introduced into water tanks in the form of fine bubbles. In fuel cell aeration technology, small air blowers provide airflow without generating disturbing noise for users. The compact membrane blowers of the SECOH JDK series are particularly in demand when a steady, quiet airflow with low energy consumption is required.
The sophisticated filtration system in SECOH JDK membrane blowers ensures mechanical purification of ambient air, preventing contaminants from entering sensitive production processes. A freely oscillating magnet drives the compression membranes. This oil-free operating principle contains no friction-based seals.
Depending on the size, membrane blowers can deliver between 20 and 700 l/min. Two integrated safety systems monitor the proper function of the blower and trigger emergency shutdown in case of malfunction.
The SECOH JDK series offers efficient, quiet membrane blowers for a wide range of applications – from wastewater treatment to fuel cell technology. These blowers are ideal for situations where low energy use, oil-free airflow, quiet operation, and easy maintenance are essential advantages.
Compared to the SLL and SL series, JDK membrane blowers offer up to 30% lower power consumption and significantly more compact and lightweight designs.
Typical Applications:
The blowers are equipped with thermal overload protection. The circuit disconnects when coil temperature reaches 130 °C, and restarts automatically once it cools below 120 °C.
