The sophisticated filtration system in SECOH JDK membrane blowers ensures mechanical purification of ambient air, preventing contaminants from entering sensitive production processes. A freely oscillating magnet drives the compression membranes. This oil-free operating principle contains no friction-based seals.

Depending on the size, membrane blowers can deliver between 20 and 700 l/min. Two integrated safety systems monitor the proper function of the blower and trigger emergency shutdown in case of malfunction.

The blowers are equipped with thermal overload protection. The circuit disconnects when coil temperature reaches 130 °C, and restarts automatically once it cools below 120 °C.
